Abortion Story: Texas

I had two abortions—one at 16 in high school, pressured by the guy and his family. I was scared and embarrassed. I went through it not notifying my family, except for a few. I went through it. Luckily, the first time I didn't feel it. They drugged me. The second time I was 18, working two jobs—in love with the guy but unsure whose child it would be. So I made the decision on my own. I felt everything. No drugs. It straight up felt like they were pulling my insides out. I could not face or try to think of him again because it destroys my whole being. Fast forward 20 years. Fertility tests and a husband; no kids. I pray not to have those dreams at night. Twenty years later!!!!
