My name is Mike Spielman. I'm the founder and director of Abort73.com, and we are a donor-driven ministry which means that we cannot survive apart from the generosity of God's people.
I'm going to give you three reasons why I want you to consider supporting Abort73 financially each month.
#1: Abortion is as evil and demonic a work as you'll find in the physical realm. Around the world, it kills more than 100,000 innocent human beings, every single day.
#2: Educating people about abortion is the best hope for ultimately eliminating abortion. For 35+ years, we've been trying to change the law and almost nothing has happened. The law will not change until lots of minds change first.
#3: Strategy matters. When Jesus sends out his disciples, He says "be as innocent as doves; be as shrewd as snakes." God is looking for results, just like He says in the parable of the talents. He wants a maximum return on investment. He wants us to take measures that will bring about the greatest possible good.
To summarize, Abort73 is worthy of your support because we are combatting this horrible injustice, we're working to educate students around the world–giving them a better sense of what abortion is so they'll be less likely to have one or recommend one, and we're embracing a marketing strategy that throws off so many of the negative stereotypes that are attached to the pro-life movement.
I'm the first to concede that we are an imperfect and flawed ministry, but God is very pleased to use weak people to do great things and so if you're like me, a weak person who is grieved by the injustice of abortion and is looking for a way to invest in something significant, something that is changing the way culture views and responds to abortion, I'd love for you to partner with us.
